Laundry Innovations Review

I'm sure you've seen these two latest innovations floating about the laundry aisle (and on every commerical break during Oprah and Ellen). I, for one, had to try them out. Here's what I think:

Love it! Yeah it's for real. Instead of spraying stain removal on and scrubbing each and every article of my son's clothing, I now throw them all in with one of these bad boys (which I am certain could not be filled with anything less than magic fairy dust), and kiss those stains goodbye. I say it's a serious time saver!

I do have to admit, I was confused and thought it was an all-in-one laundry detergent, but it's actually a booster, so you still use your normal amount of detergent along with the square. Be sure and watch for sales and use your coupons!

It's a boo on the dryer bar. I've had mine for just about 3 weeks and the clothes are already coming out full of static. While I do a lot of laundry, we are only a family of 3, so for an average family of 5 I can't imagine this thing would last longer than a week.

The strange thing is that the bar is still there, it just isn't doing it's job anymore. Unless you're getting it for dirt cheap or free, I say save your chipoltes and just keep on throwing the sheets in.

I'm with you on the dryer bar! I was a little disapointed. I feel that it worked just okay for a few loads, but then went WAY down hill.
And I personally love the Tide Stain Release, but I think it makes my husband itch. He has really sensitive skin... we have to use the Free-and-Clear detergents as it is.
